Terms & Conditions — 13tbaje Platform Agreement

Section 01

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 13tbaje (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 13tbaje platform — including the website at 13tbaje.net, any associated mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, or promotional content — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

13tbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time and without prior individual notice. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement is published in English and this English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes, including any dispute resolution proceedings. Any translation provided for convenience shall have no legal effect in the event of conflict with the English text.

The Platform is operated and maintained for users in the Bangladesh market. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where references to amounts appear in this Agreement, they refer to BDT values unless expressly stated otherwise.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 13tbaje Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 13tbaje enforces a strict 18+ age verification policy. Underage gambling is illegal and prohibited under all circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling activities is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion programme that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer, director, or close family member of any such person employed by 13tbaje or its technology providers, game studios, or payment partners.

13tbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Where such proof is requested, the Platform may suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay until satisfactory documentation is received and verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 13tbaje Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The Platform collects the following information at the point of registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• A valid and accessible email address
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (required for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment linkage)
• Residential address within Bangladesh
• A secure password of your choosing, meeting minimum complexity requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 13tbaje will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

13tbaje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available from your account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 13tbaje may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a driver's licence, or a utility bill issued within the past three months confirming your registered address. KYC checks are conducted to prevent fraud, money laundering, and to comply with our responsible gaming obligations.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 13tbaje Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 30 minutes of approval on average, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bank accounts and card instruments may take up to two (2) business days. 13tbaje does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges, for which 13tbaje bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a method that has previously been used to make a deposit, and only to the account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account security review.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

13tbaje offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless the promotion page specifies otherwise. Always check the individual promotion page for the applicable multiplier.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is prohibited.
• 13tbaje reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus credited to an account where abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusive play is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without meeting wagering requirements, or used to circumvent responsible gaming limits.

13tbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to wagering requirements already in progress, provided those requirements were not the subject of a correction for error.

Section 06

User Obligations

As a registered user of the 13tbaje Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

• You must not use any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software. Any such exploit discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• You must not use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• You must not make chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 13tbaje support. Initiating an illegitimate chargeback constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.

Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to 13tbaje — at registration, during KYC, and at any other point — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. The Platform may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

Section 07

Account Suspension & Closure

13tbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age information at registration.
• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 06.
• A KYC verification request has not been satisfied within 30 days of the request being made.
• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account that warrants investigation under our anti-fraud or anti-money laundering procedures.
• The account holder has self-excluded or requested account closure via the responsible gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requires the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the user, 13tbaje reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered to completion of requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please be aware that voluntary account closure does not accelerate the release of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending KYC review.

Section 08

Liability & Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13tbaje, its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to system outages, game malfunctions, network interruptions, or data loss.

13tbaje makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, availability may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside our reasonable control including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions. The Platform will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows where practicable.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round or sporting bet — whether caused by a failure in the Platform, a provider's game server, or the underlying random number generator — 13tbaje reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Malfunction voids all related play and pays. No liability is accepted for winnings that would have arisen from a game round that was the subject of a verified malfunction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus settlement, or account decision, you must first contact the 13tbaje support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue, your account username, and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving complete information.

This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
